📜 Sentinel-X Marketplace Rules & Access Policy

Welcome to the Sentinel-X Marketplace. This ecosystem is designed as a subscription-based, enterprise-grade platform for businesses, agents, and digital operators.

By accessing, applying, subscribing, or participating in any Sentinel-X service, you explicitly agree to comply with the rules below.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with these rules results in denial, suspension, or permanent exclusion from the Sentinel-X ecosystem.

🔐 1. Access Control & Subscription Policy

Sentinel-X Marketplace operates on a strict subscription-only access model.

All users must hold an active, paid subscription.
Access is granted only after payment confirmation.
There is no free access to Sentinel-X systems.
Expired or unpaid subscriptions result in automatic access revocation.

No Payment = No Access.
Users without an active subscription are excluded from the ecosystem.

💳 2. Mandatory Paynow Account Requirement

All payments within the Sentinel-X Marketplace are processed through Paynow.

Every business, agent, or participant must have a valid Paynow account.
Users are responsible for creating and maintaining their own Paynow accounts.
Payments made outside Paynow are not recognized.

To create a Paynow account:

Select Sign Up
Choose Business Account (recommended)
Complete verification and link a payment method

ℹ️ Note: Sentinel-X does not create Paynow accounts on behalf of users.

🆔 3. Client IDs & Platform Activation

After successful payment:

A unique Client ID is issued.
The Client ID is required for authentication and platform access.
Client IDs are non-transferable.

Sharing, selling, or misusing a Client ID results in immediate termination.

🧑‍💼 4. Sentinel-X Agent Rules

Sentinel-X Agents act as facilitators for onboarding businesses.

Agents must provide accurate and honest information.
False representation leads to permanent blacklisting.
Agents must not collect unauthorized payments.
All subscriptions must still be processed via Paynow.

Agents do not override subscription requirements.

🔒 5. System Integrity & Acceptable Use

Users may not:

Attempt to bypass payment systems
Exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse platform services
Share accounts or credentials
Use Sentinel-X systems for illegal activities

All activities are logged and monitored for security and compliance.

🛑 6. Suspension & Termination

Sentinel Nexus Systems reserves the right to:

Suspend access without notice
Terminate accounts violating rules
Refuse service to any user or entity

No refunds are issued for violations or terminated access.

⚖️ 7. Legal Authority & Final Decision

Sentinel-X Marketplace is owned and operated by Sentinel Nexus Systems.

All decisions by Sentinel Nexus Systems are final.
These rules may be updated at any time.
Continued use implies acceptance of updates.

You accept exclusion if payment lapses

Access is earned through compliance, payment, and ethical participation.
